Description

Acustimodul-80A range acoustic panels are used in the construction of acoustic cubicles, fences and barriers for the soundproofing of all types of machinery.

Advantages

Easy and quick to assemble modular panels. Thanks to the dovetail system the unit possesses greater sealing and less leaks, all of which results in greater insulation.

Applications

Indoor and outdoor fences, acoustic booths, control and rest rooms, acoustic fences for climate control and industry in general. Acoustic barriers or screens for climate control, industrial and commercial cold.

• Exterior: 1 mm. pre-lacquered smooth plate.
• Interior: 0.5 mm. multi-perforated pre-lacquered plate.
• Absorbent material: 70kg/m3 rockwool.
• Finish: Black film.

Assembly instructions

The ground on which the acoustic fence or booth is to be mounted should be totally flat. In the case of acoustic barriers a civil works perimeter leveling hoop is built.

Panels should be installed vertically and joined by the dovetail system.

Assembly of the modulated panels at a width of 450 mm. is conducted with the aid of the special PF80 profile (see sketches below).

Special width panels may be ordered to meet customers´ individual needs.

Fences or booths

Once the walls have been completed work is begun on the ceiling using profile PF80/03 and finishing profile PF80/04.

For outdoor installation where greater sealing is required due to rainwater, we recommend the construction of an additional waterproof corrugated sheet roof above the facility.

Barriers or screens

We recommend the placing of reinforced trestles and fixing points every 3 meters.

Accessories

Both RSC acoustic doors and VRC VRCS acoustic viewports are sized for installation between modular panels in multiples of 450 mm.

Silencers for ventilation systems may be installed with the overall insulation included.

Profile

Made of 1.2 mm. pre-lacquered galvanized smooth plate in accordance with assembly with the panels and a maximum length of 3000 mm. Special thickness of 2.5 mm. for barriers and special installations.
